How to File a Claim
At American Mutual Insurance Association, we understand that when you purchase insurance you are relying on us to be there when you need us most. It is our goal to provide prompt, fair, quality claims service on each claim reported.
If you have a claim, just do one of the following:
- Fill out an online claim using the online claim form below.
- Contact your agent who can turn in a claim for you.
- Call us directly at 563-847-2000.
We strongly encourage you to report any claim as soon as possible. We will set up a claim and contact the mutual adjuster. The adjuster will contact you and set up a time to visit with you concerning the claim as soon as possible.
